HOW DOES OUR SAVINGS SYSTEM WORK?
When you spend every 25 euros you will receive 1 savings point worth 1 euro from us. You can redeem your credit with a subsequent purchase. This can be done in our store as well as on our webshop. Because we register your purchase in your name, you no longer have to hand over the purchase receipt if you have a warranty claim.
HOW TO REDEEM SAVINGS ON THE WEBSHOP?
To redeem your loyalty points, 2 steps must be performed:
- Log in to your account Hand in the loyalty points during the checkout.
HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT At the top right of our webshop is an icon of the user login. If you hover over this with the mouse, 2 options will appear; "Login" and "Redeem Points". (See below) New paragraph
Click on "Redeem Points" and the popup below will appear. And enter your email address with which you are registered with us.
Then click on "Send email"
Go to your mailbox, where the mail below can be found. Then click on "Exchange Points". A screen of your browser will open that logs you in directly with your account on our site.
RETURNING SAVINGS POINTS DURING CHECKOUT
If you want to checkout, click on checkout from the shopping cart. Your personal details are then entered. Check it if this is correct.
The articles read: "Do you have a discount code or loyalty points?". Then click on "Click here to select an option".
You can then use a discount code and also enter the number of bonus points you want to exchange.
Now you can choose how many loyalty points you want to exchange. The number of available points is entered by default. You can return up to 50% of the value of your shopping cart in loyalty points. Then click on "Apply". after which the loyalty points are deducted from the total amount. After this, the transaction can be completed and paid.
