EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchange and return of your purchases at www.juwelierswinkel.nl is possible by post or in our store: TIme Square Middenwaard 92, Heerhugowaard. The following conditions apply to exchanges and returns at Jewelers Store by post or in one of our stores:
RETURN CONDITIONS
Exchange or return is possible within 30 days of receipt of the order
The article is complete, not used, worn or damaged (fitting is of course allowed).
The original packaging, labels and tags are undamaged if reasonably possible.
The return form is completed as completely as possible and will be sent with the post or handed over in the store. You can download this here.
A copy of the proof of purchase is enclosed with the return form.
By proof of purchase we mean the order confirmation sent by e-mail or the invoice that was added to the order.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN IN STORE
Free exchange or return of your purchase is possible in our store.
When you choose to exchange or return your purchase in our store, this has some advantages. In the store you can immediately exchange your item for another item of your choice or receive the purchase amount back. In addition, you do not have to pay shipping costs.
The above conditions also apply to an exchange or return in the store.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN BY POST
For exchange and return by post, the shipment must be packed in an outer box (packaging material) so that the original packaging is not damaged. For this you can, for example, use the box in which you received the order. Stick the address sticker, which is included with the order, on the box. Make sure that the shipment has sufficient postage and send it to the address details below.
When the shipment has been received in good order, Jewelers Shop will assess it and send a confirmation. If it concerns a return, we will refund the (remaining) amount to your bank or credit card account within 10 working days of receipt. If you have paid shipping costs for the outward shipment, you will also receive this return. If you have indicated that you want to order a different watch, you will receive a code to order another watch after the evaluation of the return shipment. Again, we strive to handle this within 10 days.
The above conditions also apply to an exchange or return by post.
